Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist at our facility in Asheville, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients to improve their ability to perform daily activities. You will work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility standards.

Required Experience

Qualified candidates should have a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy and relevant clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.

Certifications/Licensure

A valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of North Carolina is required. Current CPR certification is also preferred.
