Senior Property Accountant
Our growing client has a need for a Senior Property Accountant with Commercial Property experience. The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for preparing monthly financial statements for multiple commercial (office) properties using MRI, Yardi and Skyline softwares. Preparing monthly accruals for insurance, real and personal property taxes and CAM expenses. Degree in Accounting a Must. Experience with MRI, Yardi and or Skyline preferred.
