Responsibilities
- Provide holistic professional nursing care to CCU patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care in collaboration with the health care team.
- Maintain Standards of Nursing Practice and promote cooperation among the care team; document interventions and patient responses.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications per orders, manage monitoring equipment, and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary staff; participate in rounds and care planning.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and pain management; uphold infection control and quality improvement standards.

Requirements
- Active RN license to practice in California (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Nursing degree from an accredited program (ADN required; BSN preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent
- 2+ years of CCU/critical care nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a high-acuity inpatient setting
- Willingness to participate in travel assignment as required
