Human Resources DirectorCSAT Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director. This role is a key partner to leadership, responsible for ensuring compliance, supporting employee engagement, overseeing safety, and driving HR programs that align with business objectives. This position operates as a hands-on, individual contributor.Role and ResponsibilitiesPartners with executive management to develop and implement HR programs that support overall company strategy and objectivesOversee full suite of HR programs, including, benefits, staffing, compensation, employee relations, performance management and succession planningAdvises management personnel on organizational policy mattersDevelops, recommends, and implements compensation and benefits policies and practicesAnalyzes statistical data and reports to identify areas of opportunity and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.Act as a consultant to management on employee relations mattersPartner with operational management in workforce requirements and staffing planningAssist organizational management in identifying key talent and developing successions plansManages relationship with on-site staffing providerMonitors legislative changes and ensures organizational compliance of all HR programs with local, state, and federal legal requirementsDirectly manages 6-8 team membersSkills, Education and Training7 years' experience in progressive HR roles.; Minimum 3 years managing direct staffBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field required; MBA preferredPHR, SHRM-CO or similar certification preferredWorking knowledge of various areas of employment lawAbility to effectively communicate with associates at all levels of the organizationAbility to resolve conflicts and negotiate with othersAbility in analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.Evaluating information to determine compliance with company standardsMS Office, Excel, PowerPointCSAT Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age or other legally protected status.
