IT Desktop Support Analyst: Escalations, SOPs & Automation

Light & Wonder

Light & Wonder’s corporate IT team seeks an IT Desktop Support Analyst responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex incidents not handled by front‑line support. The role includes creating SOPs, knowledge base content, and contributing to budget recommendations for the department. Occasional travel is required. You will support desktop, network, and application issues, mentor junior staff, and ensure SLAs are met while maintaining up‑to‑date documentation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Light & Wonder
