Product Manager, Global Tax Data - Customer & Delivery

Amazon’s Global Tax Data ('GTD') team seeks a capable and motivated individual to be a Product Manager in the Global Tax Data team. The role is responsible for ensuring the tax professionals of Amazon’s Global Tax organization are supported in their mission by world-class technology and processes. The impact of their work is evidenced in improved efficiency in processing, empowered customers and a Tax department that continues to meet the unique challenges of Amazon. Key job responsibilities- Drive execution of technology initiatives by working with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet the needs of tax professionals- Shape user experiences by collaborating on front-end architecture decisions and ensuring our products are intuitive and effective- Define product strategy and vision by developing roadmaps, work-back plans, and other artifacts that guide our team's efforts- Partner with stakeholders including tax professionals, product colleagues, and solutions architects to gather insights, validate assumptions, and refine our approach- Contribute to continuous improvements by participating in planning, design, implementation, testing, and process optimization as part of an integrated teamA day in the lifeAs a Product Manager on the Global Tax Data team, you'll focus on understanding the needs of tax professionals and translating those insights into compelling product strategies. You might start your day reviewing feedback from tax teams about current workflows, then collaborate with engineers and solutions architects to refine the technical approach for a new feature. You'll participate in design reviews to shape user experiences that make complex tax processes more intuitive, and you'll work with cross-functional partners to prioritize what gets built next. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
