I'm partnered with a well-known firm that is looking to add a Commercial and Business Litigation Associate to their team. This position is with a firm that has excellent mentorship opportunities and growth opportunities in complex commercial litigation.

Background Requirements

3+ years of experience in private commercial litigation practice
Practice areas of interest include complex commercial and business litigation, employment, business torts, construction disputes
Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
Motions practice, dispositive motions
Experience in state, federal and appellate courts
Admitted in FL
