Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a Senior Associate to join its nationally recognized Trial and Litigation Practice Group in Miami. This is a high-impact role for an experienced litigator eager to work with sophisticated clients across a variety of industries and handle complex commercial disputes in both domestic and international forums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration, including trials and final hearings.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and complex legal memoranda.

• Manage e-discovery and traditional discovery processes.

• Conduct legal research and prepare oral and written advocacy materials.

• Appear in federal and state courts, and engage in high-level strategy discussions with clients and legal teams.

• Collaborate with cross-office teams on national and international disputes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of commercial litigation and/or arbitration experience.

• Experience with trials or arbitration final hearings preferred.

• Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and case strategy skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation independently and creatively.

• Excellent academic credentials; top law school or top-of-class ranking preferred.

• Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for immediate admission.

• Federal clerkship and/or international arbitration experience is a plus.
