Charge Registered Nurse - Stepdown / Critical Care

Join a dedicated nursing team in a leadership role focused on delivering quality patient care. Responsibilities Include Assigning, directing, and evaluating nursing and support staff during shifts Assessing patient needs and developing care plans Collaborating with advanced practice providers to ensure optimal outcomes Monitoring and improving the effectiveness of patient care Responding to patient care concerns and assisting in staff development Maintaining a safe, alert work environment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent At least one year of registered nurse experience Current RN license in the applicable state Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications Additional certifications such as NRP, PALS, or equivalent depending on location Skills And Physical Requirements Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks frequently Proficient in using vision, hearing, and other senses for patient care Benefits Include Competitive health insurance, retirement plans, and disability coverage Tuition assistance, paid parental leave, and flexible payment options Opportunities for professional growth and development #J-18808-Ljbffr DayToDay Health
