Desktop Support
Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment. Utilize troubleshooting and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow to track and resolve issues. Support Windows 10 operating systems and Microsoft Office/365 applications including Outlook. Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions. Perform desktop imaging using MDT, LTI, ZTI procedures. Assist with printer support for HP, Canon, Toshiba models. Deliver excellent interpersonal and customer service to end-users. Maintain patience and a strong team-first mindset in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 and Outlook. Experience supporting IBM Lotus Notes and printer support (HP, Canon, Toshiba). Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
