The School of Medicine and the Department of Neurology at the University of Missouri are seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Specialty Care to work with our Alzheimer and Dementia patients. This position will provide vital clinical support for the MU Department of Neurology & the Dementia Infusion Program.

Opportunity Highlights:
Full-time role
Mon - Friday Schedule with no call or weekends
Collaborative team of neurologists, residents, fellows and support staff
No call required

Key Responsibilities:
Provide independent and collaborative care for dementia and Alzheimer patients in an outpatient setting
Communicate with physicians regarding clinical changes, diagnostic results, and symptomatology
Respond quickly and accurately to patient condition changes
Perform treatments and interventions, as indicated
Educate patients and families, and facilitate clinical research
Utilize basic computer skills, problem-solving abilities, and adapt to varied work settings
