Top 3 Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Source top talent for the Corporate & Operations division using creative methods, and drive strategies to find candidate pools.

Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Management: Manage hiring manager expectations, build interviewing processes, and leverage data and reporting to advise leadership up to the Director level.

Candidate Experience & Process Improvement: Deliver an exceptional candidate journey while collaborating with the team to enhance existing programs and recruitment workflows.

Mandatory Requirements

High-Volume Recruitment Experience : Proven track record of managing high-volume hiring without sacrificing organization, follow-through, or quality.

Strong Stakeholder Management & Communication : Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with experience driving data-backed decisions with senior leadership.

Ownership Mentality in a Fast-Paced/Startup Environment: Ability to thrive in an agile culture, take full ownership of issues, and adapt flexibly as a "utility player."

Desired Skills

Data & Reporting Literacy: Ability to build, analyze, and present recruitment metrics and pipeline reporting to guide hiring strategies.

Program & Process Design: Experience building, scaling, or redesigning internal recruiting programs, interview frameworks, and candidate experience initiatives from scratch.

Full-Lifecycle High-Volume Recruiting: Demonstrated experience managing 15–20 active, full-cycle requisitions simultaneously from initial sourcing through offer presentation, equity discussions, and candidate negotiation across corporate and operations business units.

Senior Stakeholder Collaboration & Problem Solving: Strategic advisory experience partnering with executive leadership to solve complex hiring challenges and define talent acquisition strategies.
