Behavioral Medicine & Clinical Psychology - Associate/Assistant Professor/Staff Psychologist I/II

Overview Division of Behavioral Medicine and Clinical Psychology at Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a psychologist to join the acute psychiatry inpatient team. The psychiatry inpatient program at CCHMC is one of the largest in the U.S. with 99 beds. Responsibilities Oversee individualized behavioral interventions across the child and adolescent units. Supervise a team of master’s level Behavioral Health Consultants. Support multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Train and develop direct-care staff competence in implementing behavioral strategies across the inpatient system. Supervise residents in psychology. Qualifications Doctorate in clinical or school psychology (APA accredited). Licensed or license-eligible in Ohio and through PsyPACT. Experience in acute inpatient psychiatry, behavioral consultation, and/or behavioral intervention development. Candidates from underrepresented groups encouraged to apply.
