Job Description

We are seeking skilled and reliable plumbing professionals to join our growing team for upcoming large-scale commercial hotel contracts in  Waseca, MN, and the surrounding areas .

We are looking for  Journeyman or Master Plumbers to lead the work, but  Apprentices are highly welcome and encouraged to apply!If you want to avoid exhausting metro commutes, work with a veteran-owned team that respects your skills, and build a long-term career close to home, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities

• Execute commercial plumbing installs , including underground layouts and running complete drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems for upcoming hotel projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints , schematics, and structural designs accurately to plan pipe routing.
• Ensure all work complies with Minnesota state plumbing codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
• Work collaboratively as a team to keep high-volume commercial projects running safely and on schedule.
• Coordinate with other trades and companies on-site as required to complete the project smoothly.
• Provide guidance and mentorship on-site (for Journeyman/Master level applicants working with apprentices).

Qualifications & Skills

For Journeyman & Master Plumbers:

• Licensing: Valid Minnesota Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master required).
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred.
• Leadership: Ability to read blueprints independently and help guide apprentices on-site.

For Apprentices:

• Status: Must be registered (or eligible to register) with the State of Minnesota as a plumbing apprentice.
• Experience: Prior experience with commercial plumbing, undergrounds, or DWV systems is a major plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn is required.

Requirements for All Applicants:

• Skills: Ability to work efficiently as a team and collaborate with other trades on a commercial job site.
• Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required).
• Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various commercial construction environments, and climb ladders safely.
