Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall success of the practice and the well-being of our clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to clients across a broad age range, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintaining detailed and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment progress within our EMR system.

• Managing your caseload by scheduling ongoing appointments, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for clients.

• Collaborating with team members to share insights on clinical presentations and treatment strategies, enhancing the care provided to clients.

• Handling administrative aspects of your practice, including coordinating with our billing service for client claims, eligibility checks, and payment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base, ranging from children to adults, each presenting unique challenges. Our practice specializes in addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required.

• Current licensure to practice independently as an LCSW in the state of Virginia.
