Senior IT Engineer

Owning identity and access management as a full-time Senior IT Engineer, the successful candidate will manage Okta configurations, oversee Atlassian platform administration, and implement access automation while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Administer Okta SSO, MFA policies, and lifecycle workflows, ensuring entitlement governance and contractor access management Build and maintain automated workflows for provisioning and access review, collaborating with Information Security on risk management Oversee Jira and Confluence configurations, ensuring scalability and proactive platform architecture planning Required Qualifications 5+ years in IT engineering or systems administration with a focus on identity and access management or SaaS platform administration Hands-on experience administering Okta in a production environment, including SSO and lifecycle automation Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) at an organizational scale, including workflow and permission design Working knowledge of SAML/SSO concepts and access governance practices Familiarity with scripting, automation tooling, and API/webhook-based integrations
