Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner for an established outpatient telehealth primary care program in Los Angeles, California.

• Bell, CA 90201

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide outpatient primary care through a telehealth care model while working from the Highland Park clinic
• Deliver comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and chronic disease management
• Care for a diverse patient population in both English and Spanish

COMPENSATION
• $80-$87 Per Hour Based On Experience
• Growth Opportunities Available

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• Clinic-Based Telehealth Position

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive primary care through telehealth visits
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on preventive care and disease management
• Document encounters accurately within the EMR

• Active California Nurse Practitioner License REQUIRED
• Master's Degree REQUIRED
• Active Unrestricted DEA REQUIRED
• Fluent In English And Spanish REQUIRED (Must Conduct Entire Visit Without Interpreter)
• Minimum One Year NP Experience REQUIRED (Clinical Rotations Do Not Qualify)

Minimum of 1 year of prenatal experience- REQUIRED
