Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Production Planning and Logistic based in Grand Rapids MI. The Production Planning Manager will be responsible for creating, organizing, and coordinating production schedules to meet customer requirements and maximize operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing production processes, analyzing workflow, and resolving potential bottlenecks. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flows and maintain high levels of quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Schedules management to ensure efficient workflows and timely deliveries
• Strong Planning and Analytical Skills to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and optimize resources
• Experience in Production Management to oversee operations and foster productivity improvements
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with inventory management and lean manufacturing principles is a plus
