About the Role
The Company is in need of an experienced Vice President of Operations to provide executive-level leadership and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic oversight of all operational functions, ensuring that project execution aligns with business objectives, and supporting the organization's growth. This role involves close collaboration with ownership and senior leadership to oversee construction operations, improve efficiencies, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and financial performance. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Operations include partnering with executive leadership to develop and implement operational strategies, driving consistency and accountability across multiple projects and teams, and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls. The role also requires leading and mentoring senior operations leaders, establishing and refining systems and processes for scalable growth, and serving as a key decision-maker in risk management and operational problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior operations leadership role within construction or development, a strong background in managing multi-project portfolios and large operational teams, and a demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements and organizational growth. Financial acumen, strong leadership, communication, and executive presence are essential, as is the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
