About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller to join their global, multi-location organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering financial transparency, operational excellence, and long-term shareholder value in a highly regulated international environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, strengthening internal controls, and enabling strategic decision-making at the executive level. The VP of Finance and Corporate Controller will also be instrumental in modernizing and automating global finance processes, with a focus on systems and transformation. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience in a global public company environment is required, with a strong background in SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and U.S. GAAP. Experience in a corporate controller or senior finance leadership role, particularly in the manufacturing industry, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading global finance teams, managing complex international operations, and possess strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities. Experience with ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives is also a key requirement for this high-impact leadership position.
