Location: Tampa Bay Area | On-Site | Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Assist accounts receivable with preparing and sending invoices.
• Prepare reports and support financial documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable processing and vendor management.
• Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
• Organize and maintain document retention systems.
• Support special projects and other accounting tasks as needed.

What You Bring

• Associate's degree in Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of professional accounting experience required.
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.
