Jr. Global Logistics Analyst

onsemi is seeking a driven, self‑motivated professional to join the Logistics team. As a Logistics Analyst you will support global teams in managing equipment shipments and carrier relationships, providing a dynamic and collaborative logistics environment. Responsibilities Lead regular meetings with key carriers to review performance and any issues. Create and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to onsemi’s carrier base. Assist with 8D requests and follow up on formal damage investigations. Coordinate ad‑hoc spot quote requests across multiple providers and shipments. Participate in the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation. Identify and implement process improvements. Qualifications Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting demands and priorities. SQL or PL/SQL skills a plus. Experience with Power BI and Tableau a plus.
