Yulista Integrated Solutions LLCRegularPRIMARY FUNCTIONThe Senior Operations Manager is responsible for the analysis and performance monitoring of the effectiveness of Production control, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and Integration process and procedures within the organization. This position assists the Director in overseeing the day to day operations for all of the Operations Department.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAssist the Director with day to day supervision of Production control, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and Integration to ensure these departments are operating in accordance with defined organizational policies and procedures, and contract requirementsOversee all standard operating procedures and processes for Production control, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and Integration departmentsMonitor and Manage all ERP/MRP processes and software projects within the departmentCompile reports and statistics to demonstrate and monitor departmental performance based on cost and schedule of requirementsEnsure that all activities are conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), AS9100, and AS9110 StandardsResponsible for providing input and influencing key decisions relating to all aspects of procurement, production planning, and execution of the product realization processAnalyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify base issues, minimize risk, protect the continuity of the department, and exploit emerging opportunities.Serve as a resource to the Director of Operations to resolves issues as needed between other functional and program requirementsWorks closely with Quality and audit functions to coordinate department compliance audits and policy inputSupport Director regarding departmental long-term planning, processes, budgeting, and proposingSupport Director in attending meetings to ensure cost, schedule, and performance of the organization and to provide internal and external customer supportWhen necessary work with the Director and / or Managers to complete employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actionsPerform consistent evaluation of maintenance and improvements, partnering with other department Managers to ensure resolution of issues, and consistently directing the evolution of processes and procedures related to the day to day operations of Production Control, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, and IntegrationTrain and Supervise Production Control, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Integration staff to monitor and resolve customer issues and accomplish objectives, by being a role model to impress upon staff to be self-motivated with the ambition to problem-solve, learn, and create their own mechanisms for resolving issues and most importantly, communicate effectively within a team environmentInteracting with other team members, including department managers and managers from other directorates to ensure execution of the department’s overall requirements and objectives.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job has direct reports and supervisory responsibilities. This position supervises employees on a daily basis. This position has the authority to carry out assigned tasks and appropriately delegate responsibility.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:Advanced computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; Dynafact Manufacturing Software, Deltek Costpoint Materials Module and ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs.Ability to enter data accurately into databases.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff. Will also routinely interact with external contacts such as customers, vendors, suppliers, shipping companies, etc.Must be trustworthy – will handle confidential information routinely.Effective communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate complex information to others as well as to present information in from of a group.Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, phone, copier, scanner, printers, etc.Ability to follow a process.Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up.Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas.Strong decision analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions. Must be able to communicate issues to management.Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to the company’s goals.Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independentlyAbility to multi-task.QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or equivalent with 15+ years’ experience in Procurement, Manufacturing, or Integration setting.
