Established Little Rock Personal Injury Firm Is Looking For A Polished, People-Focused Professional To Run Its Front OfficeIf you love being the go-to person who keeps everything moving, this role is for you!What You'll DoWelcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalismManage a busy multi-line phone systemReview new client inquiries and enter potential cases into the firm's intake and case management systemsProcess client payments and keep accurate recordsRequest medical records from providers, follow up on them, and handle related invoicesCoordinate office vendors and upkeep, including equipment service, building maintenance, security, and records storageSupport attorneys and staff with administrative projects as neededWhat You Bring2+ years of receptionist, front desk, or legal administrative experience (law firm experience preferred)Strong computer skills and comfort learning new softwareExcellent communication, organization, and attention to detailA professional, compassionate, and discreet approach with confidential informationA team-player attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever neededDetailsDowntown Little Rock, AR Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM $45,000–$60,000 DOE Excellent employer-paid benefits
