Business Sales Account Executive

What You'll Be Doing With your sales experience, ability to manage your time, excellent customer relations skills, and excitement for technology, you will deliver outstanding and innovative business solutions that support our technology evolution and change how businesses connect. Whether continuously hunting and prospecting for new business or growing existing accounts, you will consult with customers, identify their challenges, recommend tailored solutions, and ultimately deliver a powerful return for customers while improving their business and increasing our revenue. Identify, develop, and qualify leads within your territory through cold‑calling, partner‑selling, lead‑generation campaigns, and modern social‑selling techniques. Gain new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets. Retain, manage, and grow the existing customer base. Coordinate with support partners to educate and excite customers about how they can leverage innovative business solutions. Proactively establish, build, and maintain relationships with key decision makers. Effectively present and create multi‑product solution opportunities. Demonstrate a deep knowledge of wireless and mobility products and integrated software solutions (Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP, Google platforms) to promote and position products. Track and report progress through consistent use of sales force automation tools. Where You'll Be Working This mobile role requires you to travel in and around the Sacramento, California area. You will spend the majority of your time out in the field for in‑person meetings and customer visits. Scheduled weekly hours: 40. You excel at explaining how complex technology can solve everyday business problems in plain language. Cold‑calling is a sport to you because you enjoy meeting new people and discovering their needs. You are driven to win and take initiative to close deals and help others. You act with integrity and understand that when the team wins, everyone wins. Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant outside‑sales experience demonstrated through work and/or military experience. Experience in outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation. Willingness to work a mobile model with up to ~50% travel within your territory. Valid driver’s license. Even Better If You Have Associate or Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications/college courses. Two or more years of B2B or outside‑sales experience, including business acquisition and cold‑calling. Experience in technology sales and educational sales (SaaS, CRM, Salesforce, other client‑management tools, social media). Strong presentation skills in face‑to‑face and virtual environments. Experience building and maintaining relationships with all levels of client organizations. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, self‑directed, entrepreneurial environment. Strong time‑management and prioritization to accomplish goals. Ability to implement feedback and tailor your approach for success. Sales recognition programs offering travel, gifts, and incentives. Salary range for this role: $53,000.00 – $92,000.00 . This is a commission‑based position with unlimited earning potential.
