Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Consult with buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process

• Convert qualified real estate leads into clients

• Manage leads, appointments, and follow-up using a CRM

• Conduct property showings, consultations, and open houses

• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and partners through closing

• Deliver exceptional client service that drives referrals

• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For

• Active North Carolina and/or South Carolina Real Estate License required

• Committed to a full-time real estate sales career

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Organized, motivated, and results-driven

• Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology

• Strong work ethic and growth mindset

• Passionate about helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals
