A growing professional services organization is seeking a Senior Manager of Recruiting to lead and scale its recruiting function as the organization continues to expand nationally. This is a high-visibility role that will partner with senior leadership & C-Suite to develop recruiting strategy, strengthen talent acquisition processes, and build a high-performing recruiting organization.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience, strong executive presence, and the ability to operate strategically while remaining close to the day-to-day recruiting function. 

This person must have recruited accounting, tax, business advisory, and/or similar professionals and be heavy embedded with that industry. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with the organization's growth objectives.
• Lead and develop recruiting professionals while establishing clear goals, processes, and performance expectations.
• Partner with executive and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent strategies.
• Oversee recruiting processes from sourcing through offer and onboarding, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
• Develop recruiting metrics and reporting to measure performance, identify trends, and improve results.
• Strengthen sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, systems, and employer branding initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and recruiting strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency through technology, automation, and data-driven processes.
• Help build scalable recruiting infrastructure to support continued organizational growth.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance recruiting culture and develop team members for continued advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 10+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience within a recruiting/talent acquisition function.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies in a growth-oriented organization.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility and influence senior leadership.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and developing recruiting professionals.
• Strong understanding of modern sourcing, interviewing, selection, and talent acquisition practices.
• Experience using recruiting technology, ATS platforms, and talent analytics.
• Workday experience is a huge plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Working Situation: 

This is an in person on site 4 days a week.
