Sr. Sales Ambassador - Core Diagnostics - Western Michigan

Abbott Core Lab seeks a Senior Sales Ambassador to manage existing customer accounts across Western Michigan, focusing on revenue growth, contract retention, and value expansion within the core laboratory diagnostics segment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary account manager and trusted partner to existing customers, driving retention and growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on value expansion and profitability
- Perform assay integrations and provide technical laboratory support
- Conduct business reviews and resolve customer issues to improve satisfaction
- Coordinate contract renewals, order processing, and implementation support for new accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree plus 2+ years relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years experience with laboratory instrumentation, field service, or diagnostics technical support
- Technical product application and hardware support experience
- Customer-facing interaction experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80% within territory
Compensation: $78,000–$156,000 base
