Minimum of 2 years of sales experience HVAC sales experience, HVAC industry knowledge, or related residential home services experience strongly preferred Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets Experience conducting in-home consultations, estimates, or customer-facing sales presentations preferred Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize opportunities effectively Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Commitment to professionalism, integrity, accountability, and customer service excellence We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
