Assistant Manager

Job Description We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our team! In this role, you are responsible for the opening and/or closing of the location, ensuring customer service standards while establishing a trusting relationship with customers and employees, completing daily task checklist, property cleanliness, deposits, overseeing department operations, training of new employees, employee corrective action and scheduling. Job Requirements Must be able to work in an outdoor environment and work a flexible schedule that includes weekends. Hours of operation are 7:30am-7pm Mon-Sat, 8:30am-6pm Sun. Excellent customer service, situational awareness, strong work ethic, outgoing personality, and the ability to motivate and engage with employees preferred. Previous knowledge of carwash industry required.
