HR and Payroll Specialist

HR and Payroll Specialist Location: Honolulu Salary: $60k Schedule: Monday–Friday Benefits: Competitive salary Paid Parking Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing Verify and Approve timecards through cloud-based time clock system. Submit payroll hours to payroll provider Maintain payroll records Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues. HR Administration Maintain employee records in HR Portal. Onboarding and offboarding new hires and departing employees. Manage employee benefits Medical Vacation and Sick Leave Support department management in reviewing HR policies and procedures Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits. TSA Record keeping, Assist with audits related to payroll and HR functions, Assist with processing TDI and workers comp claims. Employee Handbook Qualifications: 3 years experience in HR administration and/or payroll processing. Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Excellent computer skills and must be able to master new computer software #J-18808-Ljbffr
