What You'll Do

• Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process within pediatric ICU settings
• Assess patient needs and develop tailored care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Delegate and manage nursing staff and other healthcare resources
• Lead and support interdisciplinary team efforts to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all healthcare regulations
• Stay current with federal, state, and local healthcare laws and standards

What You Need

• Current Louisiana RN license
• BLS, PALS, and CPI certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric or critical care nursing experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
