You'll play a key role in creating a positive patient experience by answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting with patient inquiries, and helping patients understand their treatment and financial options.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow a career in the dental field while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Apply today and become part of a team dedicated to creating beautiful smiles and exceptional patient experiences!*Start your career with Valley Smiles Orthodontics and grow with a team that values compassion, collaboration, and excellence.*## Responsibilities* Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal* Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to DCA Policies* Answering Telephones* Scheduling Appointments* Maintaining Appointment Book* Confirming Appointments* Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments* Register Patients on sign in sheet* Post charges and payments to patient accounts* Checking voicemail on a daily basis* Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients## Qualifications### * Previous customer service experience required (healthcare experience is a plus but not required)* Experience in dental, medical, or other healthcare settings preferred* Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus* Comfortable answering and managing phone calls in a professional manner* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities* Positive attitude and a passion for helping others* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment**Legal Disclaimer:** *We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
