We are looking for a highly organized Benefit Services Representative to support benefits and administrative operations for a Long-term Contract position based in Spokane, Washington. This onsite role is ideal for someone who works efficiently, handles high-volume data tasks with precision, and communicates professionally with clients and internal teams. The position focuses on maintaining accurate records, supporting enrollment activity, and helping resolve questions related to benefits and employee information.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, review, and update employee and benefits information with a high level of speed and accuracy.

• Support terminations, enrollments, and related record changes while ensuring documentation is complete and current.

• Identify discrepancies in files and correct data issues to maintain reliable system records.

• Monitor a shared inbox and respond promptly to client questions, concerns, and routine service requests.

• Investigate benefits-related inquiries and coordinate with internal teams or external partners to resolve outstanding items.

• Validate and recode information affected by the prior system conversion to improve data consistency.

• Process administrative paperwork and electronic records within established timelines.

• Handle sensitive employee and benefits information with professionalism and confidentiality.

• Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, HR support, or a similar office-based role.

• Strong data entry ability with a consistent focus on accuracy and detail.

• Confidence using computers, web-based platforms, and standard business software.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and time-sensitive deadlines effectively.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills when assisting clients and internal stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills for reviewing records, identifying errors, and correcting issues.

• Dependable work style with the ability to remain organized in a fast-paced onsite environment.
