Marketing Manager

At Penhall Company , we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives on execution, owns outcomes, and knows how to connect marketing efforts directly to revenue. What You’ll Do Own and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with growth and sales priorities Build and manage a centralized content calendar across markets and service lines Drive demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, and web channels Partner closely with Sales Leadership and Account Managers to support pipeline growth Optimize landing pages and digital experiences to increase conversions Oversee and scale high-quality content creation across internal and external resources Manage and enhance website performance, content accuracy, and user engagement Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (leads, engagement, ROI) Develop marketing scorecards to guide data-driven decision making Strengthen brand presence through targeted, strategic social media execution What You Bring 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, email marketing, and content strategy Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, call tracking, etc.) Ability to translate data into actionable insights and performance improvements Experience managing websites (CMS) and optimizing for conversion and engagement Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
