Customer Service Representative – Eco-Friendly Dry Cleaning

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is the face of our store, welcoming customers, taking orders, and ensuring an excellent service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner

• Accurately enter orders into the computer system

• Handle payments (cash, card, mobile) and close out transactions

• Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries

• Maintain a clean and organized front counter area

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills (POS or order entry experience a plus)

• Customer service or retail experience preferred, but not required
