If you thrive in a fast-paced mechanical environment and are committed to ensuring the safety and security of our clients, we encourage you to apply and become a vital part of our team.What's in it for YouCompetitive salary: $21.00 / hourWork site location: Ontario, CASet schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. To 2:30 p.m.Overtime may be required based on business needs.Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options.Career growth: career growth opportunities at ECAMResponsibilities and Duties:Operates hand and power tools.Assist in building Mobile Surveillance Units, Cameras, and PSU's.Complies with all safety procedures and guidelines.Sort and place material or items on racks, shelves or bins according to organizational standards.Assist with shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking merchandise.Wear the proper safety equipment.Ability to adapt to everyday changes.Experience of conducting test and inspection of products to evaluate quality and performance.Must be able to work on several projects / tasks simultaneouslyCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.Maintain high level of knowledge in mobile surveillance and other related technologies.Test completed units for full functionality.Clean, prep, and test returning units for redeployment.Your QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent.1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred.Dependable and reliable.Inventory and equipment maintenance skills required.Relative experience like in warehouses, machine operating, or manufacturing is a plus.Understanding of job safety practices.Working knowledge of wire types and sizesKnowledge of good practice standards in using manual or electric hand toolsStrong verbal, problem-solving and follow-up skills with the ability to coordinate and perform several tasks simultaneously.Ability to work independently, as well as within a team, and with limited resources.Other Requirements Must have the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions described:Regular lifting and moving objects 10-50 lbs.Bilingual a plus but not requiredEyesight sufficient to read, write and operate equipment essential to this position.Must be able to sit for long periods of time.Must be able to maintain concentration, visual acuity and alertness for long periods of time.Must be able to lift 50 pounds, move and respond.Must be capable of using or learning to use power tools and lifts properly.ECAM: Safeguarding Sites with Innovation ECAM is a leader in security technology and remote surveillance.
