Actualmente contamos con una oportunidad de empleo para un(a) Oficinista para nuestra oficina central en Hato Rey. Funciones Registrar y aplicar pagos en los sistemas de cobranza correspondientes a las diferentes líneas de negocio de MAPFRE Life. Gestionar el seguimiento y cobro de balances pendientes, asegurando una recuperación oportuna de las cuentas por cobrar. Realizar la entrada, actualización y validación de datos en los sistemas corporativos. Atender y dar seguimiento a consultas y solicitudes de asegurados y patronos a través de llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y atención presencial. Preparar y enviar correspondencia, notificaciones y comunicaciones dirigidas a asegurados y patronos. Mantener registros precisos y actualizados de pagos, gestiones de cobro y comunicaciones con clientes. Brindar un servicio al cliente de calidad, ofreciendo orientación y soluciones oportunas a los requerimientos recibidos.
