Position: Senior Associate Attorney - Litigation Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Id: 586 # of Openings: 1 F3 Law provides essential legal support to California's public schools and community colleges, helping them navigate complex legal issues to fulfill their mission of serving students and communities. We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Litigation Attorney in our Los Angeles office to assist K-12 schools and community colleges in overcoming a wide range of legal challenges. Qualifications Experience : 3-10+ years of litigation experience, ideally encompassing the full spectrum of civil litigation, from initiation to resolution, including drafting and arguing motions (e.g., summary judgment) and taking/defending depositions. Skills : Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities, with a detail-oriented and deadline-driven approach. Independence : Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently, handling cases from start to finish. Team Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach. Preferred Experience : Insurance defense and public entity defense experience are beneficial, as is federal court and trial experience (though not required). Salary : Base salary ranges between $160,000 and $195,000, commensurate with experience and practice years.
