Key responsibilities include:Supporting equipment sales transactions from start to finishPreparing and processing sales documentation and invoicesAssisting with financing and credit documentation through John Deere FinancialMaintaining accurate customer, invoice, and contract recordsSupporting warranty registrations and warranty purchasesUpdating and maintaining CRM customer dataCoordinating with Accounting on invoice, tax, and payment inquiriesProcessing used equipment inventory purchasesPreparing reports and assisting with special projectsProviding exceptional support to our sales team and customersWhat we're looking for:High School Diploma or GEDStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills (written, phone, and in person)Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracyPreferred qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fieldPrevious accounting, finance, sales support, dealership, or administrative experienceExperience working with CRM systems and business softwareWhy join Beard Equipment?
