Job Description We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler for a growing manufacturing team! Schedule: Multiple Shifts with possible overtime Day Shift: Monday - Friday - 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Swing Shift: Monday - Thursday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Friday 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm What You'll Do Assemble mechanical parts, components, and systems using engineering drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions Install controller components into steel enclosures using hand and power tools Mount panel components onto sub-plates Inspect components and assemblies for defects and quality standards Perform functional tests to verify proper assembly and operation Use hand tools, power tools, electronic tools, and pneumatic tooling Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed Assist with production floor setup and organization Assemble and disassemble equipment, shelving, pallets, and other materials Follow required PPE, safety procedures, and company policies Support continuous improvement efforts and perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Experience using hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, drills, hammers, and saws Experience with electronic and pneumatic tooling Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of inventory management and cycle counting Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation Forklift and pallet jack certification is a plus, or ability to become certified Electrical experience and familiarity with schematic diagrams are a plus Ability to safely load, unload, and operate company vehicles as needed Company Description For over 30 years, clients and candidates have entrusted AtWork to provide workforce solutions nationwide.
