Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Operate a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and ensuring professional ethics and boundaries are maintained throughout the therapeutic process. Conduct regular progress meetings with clients to monitor their stability, discuss future appointments, and prepare for discharge when appropriate. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, regularly assessing their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and intake assessments, in compliance with healthcare regulations. Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing evidence-based practices to support clients' mental health journeys. Engage in supervision sessions to reflect on caseloads, treatment strategies, and ongoing professional development. Collaborate with other mental health and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients, integrating different perspectives to enhance treatment outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will involve a diverse array of clients within the outpatient setting, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field. An active, unrestricted LPCC license essential for independent practice. A minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient clinical setting following graduation, demonstrating your ability to effectively work with a diverse clientele. Proficiency in using technology, including spreadsheets, practice management software (such as PIMSY), and communication tools like Outlook, to manage client information and appointments efficiently. Preferred Experience In addition to the minimum qualifications, preference will be given to candidates who: Have extensive experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
