Large managed care company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to manage patient referrals between primary care providers, specialists, hospitals, clinics, and insurance companies. The primary goal is to ensure patients receive the appropriate care while meeting insurance and healthcare organization requirements.
WORK LOCATION: 339 Cypress Parkway, Ste 100, Kissimmee, FL 34759
PAY: $18.00
CONTRACT DATES: ASAP - 10/23/26
HOURS: M-F, 8:am-5pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generating orders and obtaining authorizations from insurance companies
- Receiving calls and making calls to patients
- Processing faxes and uploading faxes to EMR
QUALIFICATIONS
- Highschool/GED or equivalent
- 3+ years patient care experience
- 3+ years health care experience
- 3+ years experience with eCW EMR
