Virtual Assistant (Dental Office and Open Dental Experience Required)

Virtual Assistant For Open Dental Software And Billing
We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant who is proficient in Open Dental software and billing. The ideal candidate must have virtual experience working in a dental office environment.
Payrate: $7 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update patient records using Open Dental software.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone and email.
- Assist with administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Open Dental software and dental billing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a dental office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
