Your Mission, If You Accept:
Be the voice of Aramisauto: answer incoming calls, manage requests, complaints, or disputes with kindness and efficiency. Follow each case from start to finish: no lost clients, you are their trusted contact. Continuously improve the experience: ensure our satisfaction charter, propose lasting solutions, and report recurring irritants. Relay the voice of the customer to our internal services, so that the experience improves every day. Carry the image of Aramisauto and actively contribute to its reputation.
The Ideal Profile? Maybe It's You If...
You have previous experience in customer relations, especially in managing disputes or client problems. You are attentive, empathetic, diplomatic, and enjoy solving problems. You are comfortable on the phone and your spelling is as neat as your smile! You are meticulous, autonomous, and love working in a team. Working one Saturday out of two doesn't bother you (you recover during the week). And above all: you want to please customers and progress every day!

Salary between 26,000 and 28,000 gross/year according to profile. Interest sharing + participation indexed on our turnover AND customer satisfaction. Possible remote work after training.
