Every detail matters here, and as Office Manager , you will create a celebrity experience for all, making our campus feel welcoming, organized, and inspiring. You’ll be the friendly face at the front desk, the organizer behind the scenes, and the go-to support for staff, families, and students. Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process. What You’ll Do Create a warm, professional first impression and ongoing celebrity experience for all visitors. Keep campus operations running smoothly — including records, tuition payments, student medications & communications. Support events like Graduation, Prom, and Teacher Appreciation Week. Help maintain a safe, organized, and aesthetically inviting campus. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (required). Experience in administration, education, or customer service. Strong organizational and communication skills. A positive, detail-oriented presence that makes others feel supported Florida residents require level 2 background screening through Why Fusion?
