Pay: Starting at $1,000 Per Week (Based on Experience & Skillset)

America’s Gold Company is a rapidly growing precious metals firm specializing in physical gold, silver, and Gold & Silver IRAs. We work with clients across the country who are looking to protect and preserve their retirement savings through real physical assets.

We are NOT looking for a basic administrative assistant.

We are looking for a sharp, organized, tech-savvy operator who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and become an important part of a growing company.

This role is ideal for someone competitive, driven, detail-oriented, and hungry to grow professionally and financially alongside a serious business.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will play a direct role in supporting:

• Client onboarding & customer experience
• Gold & Silver IRA processing
• Compliance workflows & documentation
• Shipping coordination & tracking
• Client confirmations & follow-up
• CRM management & operational organization
• Online review & reputation management
• Executive and sales team support
• Internal workflow management between departments

This position is critical to the day-to-day operations of the company. We move fast, operate with high standards, and expect professionalism and accountability from everyone on the team.

What We’re Looking For

REQUIRED:

• Strong technology & computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Ability to stay organized under pressure
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation

PREFERRED:

• CRM experience (Salesforce & Five9 preferred)
• Operations or administrative experience
• Financial services or retirement industry exposure
• Experience handling client-facing communication
