We provide practice-specific contract attorneys who have served as associates, counsel, and partners in Am Law firms, leading boutiques, and/or as in‑house counsel in large corporate legal departments. The Role Latitude is seeking highly entrepreneurial attorneys to join our team as partner‑owners (equity partners) who will help expand our footprint across the U.S. This is not a traditional legal role. Instead it’s an opportunity to build your own business within the Latitude platform, develop client relationships, and be directly responsible for your own success—without practicing law. As a Partner, you’ll co‑own a Latitude operating company with its own P&L. With national infrastructure, capital, and a proven model, you’ll be given resources and playbooks to grow your business your own way—without having to invest your own capital. What Makes a Successful Partner Absolute Dedication to Getting It Right Extreme Ownership and Responsiveness Relentless Drive to Build and Sell What You’ll Do Launch and lead a Latitude operating company Build and nurture trusted relationships with law firms and in‑house legal teams Collaborate with your Latitude colleagues nationwide to select and propose elite attorneys for assignments with sophisticated clients and ensure that the client and attorneys are highly satisfied (this is a business leadership role—not a legal practice) Represent the Latitude brand locally and nationally Drive growth through proactive outreach, referrals, thought leadership, and market leadership What We’re Looking For Experience as a senior attorney in a law firm or corporate legal department A strong network of legal decision‑makers Demonstrated business development potential and grit High level of drive and individual initiative An ownership mentality, discretion, and an abundance mindset A strong desire to build something that’s yours—and grow it over time Travel Requirements While this role offers flexibility and the ability to frequently work from a home office if desired, you must be able to frequently travel locally to meet with clients and prospective clients (e.g., at client offices, restaurants, at professional events). Occasional national travel is also required (e.g., legal conferences, partner meetings).
