Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and to create individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs.

• Engage collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide flexible teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face challenges accessing in-person care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at our detox center, your primary clients will include individuals dealing with substance use disorders, mental health crises, and those at risk of self-harm. You will be responsible for addressing a broad spectrum of behavioral health issues, which requires sensitivity, compassion, and a commitment to holistic treatment approaches. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
