Direct Care & Records Assistant - Crisis Support
WellLife Network
WellLife Network is seeking a dedicated individual to maintain facility and resident files, handle telephone contracts, and provide direct service to residents across residences and treatment facilities. The role includes crisis intervention, medication management training, and supporting daily living activities, with flexibility to travel between sites.
